Review: Weight Watchers' Greek Style Yogurt

I'm a glutton for anything sweet, and I did think that I would struggle with my change of lifestyle! That was until I discovered these Weight Watchers' Greek Style Yogurts!

For just two ProPoints, you can have a creamy and indulgent dessert, which doesn't taste like your usual "low fat" yogurt. I'm sure I'm being fair by saying that low fat or fat free dairy products often lack something, either the texture or the flavour. These certainly do not!

Granted, the sugar content in a pot of this yogurt is quite high (14% of your daily allowance), but as a treat they are a real delight. The lemon ones are the perfect combination of sweet and sour. They have bite without being too bitter! They're also smooth and rich in texture. The strawberry flavoured pots are also a real treat, tasking almost homemade. If you don't like "bitty" yogurts then these aren't for you, but if you like a but more to your texture then you'll love them. Again, these are just two ProPoints.

I was converted onto these yogurts after being given one for free when I was in Asda! They were £1 for a pack of four, and after trying them I had to buy ten- bravo on your marketing, Asda!

For a really indulgent desert, try making a fruit sundae with one of these yogurts, your choice of fruit and some oats or nuts.

They're very handy to have in when you fancy a pudding after your evening meal, or when you want a light snack. These tasted like a little luxury to me! If you're watching your weight, regardless of your plan, try these. You'll be impressed!
