Hump, hump, hump!


It's been a pretty uneventful day today, just how I like it! Other than being persuaded into doing Total Warrior in 2015 with mine and Louise's A Level class! How do I get myself in these situations? I couldn't manage a beginners running class, how will I manage this?! I guess I have 18 months or so to get slim, lean and fit. I'm sure I'll do it. Quite like the idea of becoming a "warrior" just before my 30th, it's poetic madness!

Weigh day tomorrow. Expecting a dip in the weight loss, as it's bound to slow down. I can't expect to sustain 5-7lb losses every week. I'm three weeks in now, so I'd like to start to lose a steady 2lb a week ideally. That's a realistic and achievable target, in my opinion. I want to do this right; I want to lose my weight slowly, but keep it off for good. Here's hoping! I've finally made my visual motivator using glass jars and pebbles. Cannot wait to see more in the smaller jar than in the bigger one.

I hope I get to put some more pebbles in in the morning!

I've got over my "running" embarrassment! I've ordered some "proper" gear and I'm going to do the homework tomorrow night and Saturday with Andy! I will crack this bitch, I promise.

My take on the homework:







I'm going to go to the gym in twenty minutes, but so warm and comfortable, and loving reading The Book Thief so may be a reluctant session! Might just cycle for and hour and read my book whilst there!

I can't believe another week has gone by. I'll update as soon as I can tomorrow!
